Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders must be paid for at the time of ordering. Items will be shipped out as soon as payment clears the bank, usually within 24 hours from ordering.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Gracey's Boutique does NOT accept returns but we will gladly exchange your item for an equal valued item with original receipt and tags still attached to your merchandise being exchanged. All items must be in brand new, unused condition. (For purchases made in store, you have 7 days to exchange.) For purchases made online you have 7 days from the date of delivery as shown on your tracking number provided.

No EXCEPTIONS.
